Rationale: Whilst patients with a tetralogy of Fallot have excellent survival in the present day, adverse events still occur regularly. However,risk stratification in these patients is not sufficient at this moment. Objective: The objective of this study is to report the long-term follow-up after ToF repair in a relatively large cohort and to determine predictors of long-term adverse outcomes.
